Chevrolet’s largest model in Australia, the full-sized Silverado 2500 HD, has been tweaked for 2025 with a new look.

Now featuring blacked-out front and rear bumpers, as well as red recovery hooks and 20-inch gloss-black alloy wheels, the Silverado 2500 HD is aesthetically distinct from last year's model.

But with the fresh styling also comes a price rise of $3500 to $166,500 before on-road costs.

Buyers also have the option of six exterior colour choices now, up from four last year, with Cypress Grey, Radiant Red, Sterling Grey Metallic, Summit White, Lakeshore Blue, and Black on offer.

As such, the Silverado 2500 HD features a braked towing capacity of 4500kg, while other towing aids include large side mirrors and trailer-specific drive models.

Standard equipment is carried over as before for the updated Silverado 2500 HD, which includes leather-appointed seats, power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a powered sunroof.
