Nissan Australia has extended its offer of up to $5000 cashback on its best-selling model, the seven-seat Nissan X-Trail SUV, until 31 March 2025.

Previously set to end at the end of February, the offer sees every X-Trail – a rival to the Mitsubishi Outlander and Hyundai Tucson – given at least $4000 ‘cash back’ against its list price.

For buyers of the X-Trail N-Trek, that increases to $5000 cashback against its $48,065 before on-road costs starting price.

Previously set to end in February, the $5000 cashback offer has also been extended to 2024 model year X-Trail ST-L until the promotion ends – or stocks run out – on 31 March.

It comes after Nissan Australia increased prices across its range on 1 January with the X-Trail increasing to its current price on all models by $275, apart from the N-Trek which was given a $520 rise.

The range – before any cashback offer – now starts at $38,025 before on-road costs for the entry level X-Trail ST front-wheel drive.

The X-Trail also now comes with Nissan’s 10-year/300,000km warranty also introduced at the beginning of 2025, but backdated to apply to all new Nissans sold here since 1 January 2021.

Cashback offers have also been extended on the Nissan Juke – $1000 across the Juke line-up – while there is a $5000 cashback on the Qashqai.

Additionally, Nissan has also continued a 1 per cent/36-month term finance offer on X-Trail – which cannot be used in conjunction with the cashback promotion – until 31 March.

The 1 per cent finance offer is also available on the Juke, Qashqai and Navara.
